1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Kidverse SRL (“Kidverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Kidverse mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use the App
The Service is intended for use by adults, including parents and legal guardians, who use the Service to generate and manage story content for children.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
- if you use the Service in relation to a child, you are authorized to act on that child’s behalf.
3. About the Service
Kidverse provides an AI-powered storytelling service that allows adult account holders to generate, save, replay, and manage child-friendly stories in text, audio, and similar formats.
Stories are generated based on information such as selected age range, interests, story preferences, and other non-identifying settings you choose.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
4. Accounts and Sign-In
You may sign in using supported authentication providers such as Google, Apple, or another identity provider we make available. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials;
- all activities that occur under your account;
- using a username that does not infringe the rights of others or violate the law; and
- supervising any child’s access to stories or features made available through your account.
You must notify us promptly at support@palexio.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation;
- submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the Service in an unauthorized way;
- use the Service to generate content that is inappropriate for children, unsafe, or exploitative;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- upload or provide personal data about a child that is not necessary for the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for users, children, third parties, or the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party technology to generate stories and related content. AI-generated output may vary and may sometimes contain mistakes, omissions, or material that does not meet your expectations.
You understand and agree that:
- generated content is provided for general entertainment and personal use;
- you should review stories before sharing them with a child;
- the Service is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological, legal, or parenting advice; and
- we do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every child or situation.
7. Your Content and Inputs
You may provide prompts, selections, preferences, and related inputs through the Service. As between you and Kidverse, you retain rights you may have in content you submit, subject to the rights you grant to us in these Terms.
You grant Kidverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display your inputs and generated story library as necessary to:
- operate and provide the Service;
- secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
- prevent abuse and enforce these Terms; and
- comply with legal obligations.
You represent that you have all rights needed to provide your inputs and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kidverse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by law or by our written permission.
9. Availability, Features, and Changes
We may modify the Service, release updates, add or remove features, and impose limits on use where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
App stores, platform providers, and third-party login providers may also impose rules or technical conditions affecting your use of the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Kidverse disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content generated through the Service will always be accurate, safe, or suitable for your intended use without review.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidverse SRL and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, use, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Kidverse for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kidverse SRL and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of any third-party rights; or
- your failure to supervise a child’s use of content accessed through your account.
14. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@palexio.com or by using in-app deletion tools if available.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately or on notice if:
- you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms;
- we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons; or
- continued access could harm users, children, third parties, or the Service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring claims in another court.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and change the “Effective date” above. Where required or appropriate, we may also provide notice through the app, website, or by email.
By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
